This book has been self published and distributed, like the now sold out first edition, so it will not be available brand new in stores or through other book dealers. All copies must be ordered from Cattpigg Press.

Single copy total price of $31.50 or 2 copies shipped together to the same address is $61.40 for shipping in the USA (boxed U.S. priority insured mail, usually take less than a week).

The international rates are as of May 2008 & are valid until May 2009 quoted below are for single copy orders (totals are book price plus post) and we are not responsible for loss of uninsured items (methods with an "*" are uninsured). Multiple copies could be shipped together to save on post. If you live outside of the USA and the postal rates are not listed below please send your address so we can calculate the shipping charges for you.
